Micro Wedding Package
The Courtyard is located in the heart of the historic Bisbee Gulch. The space is thoughtfully curated for intimate ceremonies and receptions.
Our total capacity is 40 guests plus the couple (children under 12 are not counted, nor are vendors). You can book the venue up to 12 months in advance.
We offer a charming outdoor courtyard with a lush garden, a stage with a customizable wedding arch for your ceremony, and a unique indoor space with a warm ambiance to dance, mingle, and toast your next chapter!
We have a beautiful bar and provide the bartender. You supply the beverages they serve. The provisions corner is perfectly designed for buffet-style meals, and we provide a list of local caterers or use a vendor of your choice.
The indoor & outdoor speakers connect via Bluetooth, or your preferred DJ or live band can perform on the gorgeous flagstone stage.

Team Clean $250-$350
Required. Our cleaning team prepares the space beforehand and ensures it is spotless again after the wedding.

Bartender & Venue Guide $300
Required. A staff member who guides you through the space on the day of your event and helps with drinks & miscellaneous tasks. They open up & close the venue.

2nd Bartender/Helper $125
Required if over 30 ppl

Bar Supplies $75-150
Required. This includes ice, cups of all sizes, napkins, straws, etc.

Additional Helpers $35/hr
Optional add-on. Great if you need bussers, someone to help with tables & chairs, and so on.

PA System Rental $75
Optional add-on. A PA system is typically used by bands for live music. If you only need a microphone for speeches, the venue provides complimentary use of a microphone and small speaker.

Timing
STARTING AND ENDING
The venue rental is available as early as 10 AM on the day of your wedding for set up. We have a hard close at 10:30 PM. However, with our central location in Bisbee’s entertainment district, the party doesn’t have to stop there! There is plenty of nightlife to enjoy in The Gulch. You will have until 10 AM the following day to remove any items you brought in.Â
PREp DAY
Additionally, we are happy to rent the space out for prep the day before. Adding this additional prep day allows time for you to come in, set up, and connect with the space. This is a great day for vendor meets, dry rehearsals, & decorating for your big day plus next-day access is as early as desired! The Prep Day is only $400.
After Party or Pre-party?
Does your group like to party late into the night? Rent out Gene’s Place right next door to keep things going after The Courtyard closes, or meet there the day before for a rehearsal pizza dinner. Ask us for details
