Having both the Ceremony and Reception at the courtyard? We have guidance on how to flip from Ceremony to Reception.

If you’d like to hire staff to help with the moving of Tables & Chairs let us know. 

Option 1

CEREMONY WITH TABLES ALREADY SET UP

(easiest option)

Dinner tables are in place from the start, so there’s no need to move or rearrange anything after the ceremony. 

Option 2

HYBRID SETUP

(most popular)

A few dinner tables (2–4) are set up in the back, with rows of chairs in front of the stage for the ceremony. Afterward, family & friends or hired staff help set up the rest of the tables.

STEP 2: Add tables and move all chairs for Dinner setup

Option 3

FULL FLIP

The ceremony starts with rows of chairs only, then everything is transformed into dinner seating with tables. This takes more time and direction. In addition to helpers, someone needs to direct the layout and the decorations.

STEP 2: Add tables and move all chairs for Dinner setup

Tip for Options 2 & 3

It’s helpful to make an announcement inviting guests to enjoy drinks at the bar while the dinner setup is completed.

After DINNER...

After dinner, we recommend clearing a couple of tables so guests have more space to mingle and dance!
