A 50% venue site fee deposit is required to reserve your date.

Event Insurance is required most of the time. Insurance runs between $65-$125. (Get Event Insurance Here.)

Cancellation Policy:  We are a small business and ask that when possible, you try to avoid last-minute changes! That said, we understand that life happens. 

You can reschedule for another available date with no penalties. 

Cancel up to 90 days before the event: 50% of your deposit will be returned to you.

Cancel within 90 days or less: Your event deposit will not be refunded.

Our Agreement: The Courtyard is responsible for providing a clean, functional space for the day of your event. Renters are responsible for all setup, vendors, and removal of whatever is brought in.

The Courtyard rental is rain or shine.
