WHAT is a good way to Set Them up?

Everyone does it a little differently, and we have seen some beautiful setups! Scroll down to see photos of various setups to point you in a good direction! Note that our chairs are made of metal and are comparatively heavy. Plan for an extra person or extra time when setting those up.

WHAT ABOUT LINENS?

We do not provide Linens. Rentals are available locally by Victoria Richards or High Jump Rentals in Sierra Vista. If you’d like to purchase linens, we have linked size-suggested options on Amazon.

We are having both the Ceremony and Reception at the courtyard. How do we "flip" the seating to a Dinner setup after the ceremony?

There are a few ways to do this! The easiest is to have the dinner tables already set up at the ceremony. That way there is no need to flip seating over to dinner. Everything stays as is. The most popular is the “hybrid setup”. Here 2 or 3 dinner tables are set up in the back with rows of chairs in the front. After the ceremony, family and friends set up the remaining Tables. It helps to make an announcement after the ceremony for the guests to go inside and visit the bar for drinks (Cocktail Hour) until all tables are set up. Some couples choose to do a full flip from rowed seating over to dinner seating with tables. This requires a bit more effort and someone to direct where things go & how the tables should be decorated. Please review the photos to see examples. Remember to break down a couple of tables near the stage after dinner so that guests can mingle & dance! Let us know if you’d like us to provide one staff member to help with the flipping.
