Having both the Ceremony and Reception at the courtyard? We have guidance on how to flip from Ceremony to Reception.

Option 1

CEREMONY WITH TABLES ALREADY SET UP

(easiest option)

Dinner tables are in place from the start, so there’s no need to move or rearrange anything after the ceremony. 

Option 2

HYBRID SETUP

(most popular)

A few dinner tables (2–3) are set up in the back, with rows of chairs in the front of the stage for the ceremony. Afterward, family and friends help set up the rest of the tables.

Tip for Options 2 & 3

It’s helpful to make an announcement inviting guests to enjoy drinks at the bar while the dinner setup is completed.

Option 3

FULL FLIP

The ceremony starts with rows of chairs only, then everything is transformed into dinner seating with tables. This takes more time and direction, since someone needs to guide the layout and decorations.
